Finance by Omni Capital

We have listened to our customer’s requirements and we have developed a simple, easy and quick process which allows you to purchase products that have finance available (terms and conditions Apply) on them. The whole process is done online so there are no forms to fill in and in most cases, you will get an immediate decision.

Here’s how it works:

Our finance payment options are valid on basket values of £750 and above.

Simply choose which finance option you would like, then adjust the deposit amount. There is a minimum deposit of 10% required for finance. You can increase your deposit amount so long as your amount on finance is no less than £750.

We offer various finance plans ranging from 10 months to 84 months. However please note that the 84 month finance option is only applicable on fitted kitchens and completed in our showroom upon request. All other plans will feature on the applicable products and your application can be made at the checkout.

Finance Application Process

Step 1: Once you have found the right product and finance package you can then add the item to your basket.

Continue to shop and add any accessories that you may need.

Step 2: Once you have finished you can continue to the checkout.

Step 3: Complete the billing & delivery details sections. Please note that the delivery address will need to be the same as the address used for your finance application. We have to deliver the product(s) to the address on the finance application and the delivery must be signed for. Please also note that the finance is personal finance and cannot be processed in a company name and address.

Step 4: You will be taken to the payment options section, here please select “Omni Capital Finance”

Step 5: Select finance option period and any deposit then click on continue to Omni Capital

Step 6: You will now be directed to Omni Capital Finance’s secure online application form where you can complete the process on the Omni Capital website

Step 7: Once you have completed the process you will receive a notification advising you of the results of the process

Step 8: Once approved, we will request the deposit payment via Omni and you will receive a further email to pay your deposit. Once paid we will then pick and pack your order ready for dispatch via courier.

 Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email from us to advise you of this. We are unfortunately unable to provide a tracking service with financed products.

Minimum Requirements:

  • You are 18 or over, and a permanent UK resident able to supply UK address history for the last 3 years.
  • You have a gross annual income each year of more than £5,000 and a bank or building society account with a Direct Debit facility.
  • You are not currently bankrupt, subject to an Individual Voluntary Agreement (IVA), or have any County Court Judgements (CCJs).



  • You understand that the information you supply will be used to help to verify identity, prevent fraud and provide you with the services necessary for the performance of a contract with you.   • You confirm that the information you have supplied in support of this credit application is true, and that you are not aware of any potential changes to your financial circumstances both at present and for the duration of the borrowing term.
  • You understand that before you sign the loan agreement you will be provided with documentation that will outline the amount you are borrowing, the interest rate that will be charged and your monthly repayments. You understand that it is important for you to consider the above in line with my personal circumstances both at present and for the duration of the borrowing term.
  • You understand in order to process your application, Omni Capital Finance will supply your personal information to credit reference agencies (CRAs) and they will give us information about you, such as about your financial history. Omni Capital Finance does this to assess creditworthiness and product suitability, check your identity, manage your account, trace and recover debts and prevent criminal activity. Omni Capital Finance will also continue to exchange information about you with CRAs on an ongoing basis, including about your settled accounts and any debts not fully repaid on time. CRAs will share your information with other organisations. Your data will also be linked to the data of your spouse, any joint applicants or other financial associates.
  • The identities of the CRAs, their role also as fraud prevention agencies, the data they hold, the ways in which they use and share personal information, data retention periods and your data protection rights with the CRAs are explained in more detail at www.callcredit.co.uk/crain. How long does the decision process take?

Once you have completed your finance application and it has been submitted a decision is normally returned within minutes. Completing the online application only takes a few minutes and there is no printing, scanning or physical forms – the whole process is completed online. You are taken through a simple online application form and you are guided clearly through the pre-contract explanation before digitally signing the application with an ‘eSignature’.

Can I apply for a loan?

Successful applicants:

  • You are 18 or over, and a permanent UK resident able to supply UK address history for the last 3 years and must be on the voters roll
  • You have a gross annual income each year of more than £5,000 (this can include a state or private pension) and a bank or building society account with a Direct Debit facility.
  • You are not currently bankrupt, subject to an Individual Voluntary Agreement (IVA), or have any County Court Judgements (CCJs).

How do I pay for my deposit?

You will receive a link to pay your deposit through the secure online payment system once you have been approved for finance. Once the payment of your deposit has been received we will pick and pack your order ready for shipping with our couriers.

How do I start a new second application?

You would need to start a fresh application with a new email address as your application is linked to your email address.

What do I do if I make an error on the application?

You will need to start a new application with a new email address (as your application is linked to your email address). All applications stay in the Omni portal for compliance reasons and cannot be deleted.

Can I change my deposit amount once I have started my application?

No. Please ensure you use the finance calculator on the product page or at the checkout process to develop a payment plan that is affordable and works for you. You will be prompted for the deposit amount and the length of finance when you start the application. This cannot be changed once you start the process. Please note a minimum of 10% is required on all finance applications.

Can I add extra items to my order?

Yes, but these items must be added to your basket before starting the checkout process and the online credit application. The finance option is available if your basket total is £1000 or above. We cannot add items after your application is approved. If you did forget to order something please either place another order for these items or call us on 01225 754161 and pay using either a credit or debit card and we will ensure that we will try to combine your orders for dispatch.

When will my purchase be dispatched?

We always try and dispatch purchases within the delivery timescale stated on the product page. However, sometimes the finance application process can take a little longer if your application has been referred for further information and can then take up to 72 hours. All finance orders placed after 3pm Friday are processed on a Monday (Tuesday if there is a Bank Holiday) . If you choose to pay a deposit, we will email you on the next working day to take the deposit payment and then process your order for dispatch once paid.

I have had no email order confirmation from Knees Home and Electrical?

Your confirmation from Omni Capital Finance that your order has been accepted and approved is confirmation that we have also received the same notification and we will dispatch your order as soon as possible. Alternatively you can call us on 01225 754161 and we can check that your order is waiting to be processed. Can I settle my account early and if so how?

Yes. To do this please call Omni Capital directly (0333 240 8317) to make early payment for your purchase. There are no penalties for early payment.

Can I request a delivery to an address other than my home?

In order to safeguard against fraudulent applications, we regret that we’re only able to deliver goods to the address on the application and these have to be signed for, they cannot be left in a safe place.
