Here’s a breakdown of the key points and tips from your installation guide:
Before Installation:
- Water Supply: Ensure there is an existing water supply where required for your appliance.
- Old Appliances: The installation team can disconnect old appliances where possible, at their discretion.
- Plumbing Concerns: If the plumbing is unsuitable or the water cannot be isolated, the installation cannot be carried out.
- Electrical Work: The installation service does not include electrical work (e.g., connecting via a spur socket).
- Additional Work: If additional work, such as moving pipework, is required, this can be arranged but will incur additional charges.
- Induction Hob/Range Cooker: If purchasing an induction hob or range cooker, check with an electrician to ensure you have the correct electrical supply.
- Leaks: If a leak develops within 24 hours of installation, please email our office immediately. After 24 hours, the company is not liable for any leaks that occur.
- Standard Installation: The standard installation service does not cover structural work, hardwiring, or the reconnection of plugs, extensions, or major plumbing. It also does not include fitting or disconnecting gas or electric appliances.
- Specialist Work: For complex installations or gas/electrical work, a qualified third-party installer can be arranged for an additional charge.
Site Survey:
- Hardwiring Requirements: For hardwired products, check with an electrician to ensure you have the correct electrical supply.

Old Product Removal:
- Removal & Disposal: The company can remove and dispose of old appliances when delivering a new one. Please contact customer services for the precise pricing.
- Disconnection: If you request the removal of an appliance without a disconnection service, the appliance must be disconnected beforehand.
- Right to Refuse Removal: The company reserves the right to refuse removal if the appliance is not properly prepared.
Pricing:
The cost of installation varies depending on the product:
- Ovens, Cookers and Range Cookers: £149;
- Washing Machines, Washer Dryers and Dishwashers: £39;
- Tumble Dryers: £35.
