1.1. The promotion is open to mainland UK residents aged 18 and over.
1.2. To enter, participants must purchase any item from Knees Home and Electrical or fill out a form at the competition page during the promotion period. Please note that the item cannot be returned during the entry period, except where you are legally entitled to return it.
1.3. This promotion is not available on purchases that are either of a graded nature or ex-display products.
1.4. This promotion will not be available when purchasing on any 3rd party sites, such as amazon and eBay.

2.1. The promotion period runs from 1st October 2024 and 31st March 2025.

3.1. Automatically enter by purchasing any item from Knees Home and Electrical or fill out a form at the competition page at https://knees.co.uk/145-years-of-knees-home-electrical/ between 1st October 2024 and 31st March 2025.
3.2. Each purchase counts as one entry. Multiple purchases will result in multiple entries.
3.3. Keep your purchase receipt as proof of entry.
3.4. Participants can enter through a form only once.

4.1. There will be one winner of the promotion selected from all entries into the promotion. The winner will win a prize of £10,000 worth of goods.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
4.3. Knees Home and Electrical reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
5.2. The winner will be notified by email or phone provided during the purchase within 5 days of being selected by Knees Home and Electrical. The winner will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond to Knees Home and Electrical within 14 days of being notified, Knees Home and Electrical reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

6.1. The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity required by Knees Home and Electrical, including the use of their name and photograph in promotional materials, website, and social media.

7.1. Knees Home and Electrical reserves the right to reject entries that, in the reasonable opinion of Knees Home and Electrical are in breach of the Terms and Conditions.
7.2. Knees Home and Electrical seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms and Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified.
7.3. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a prize and/or any element of a prize is not available, Knees Home and Electrical reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute that prize or element of a prize for another of equal or greater value.
7.4. Knees Home and Electrical is not responsible for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete, or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason outside of Knees Home and Electrical control.
7.5. All personal data supplied for this promotion will be used for the purpose of this promotion and for research and analytical purposes by Knees Home and Electrical.
